Tictalo™! is a free web platform that can be used all over the World (with specialized interfaces for 46 countries). This service does not require any registration and does not keep any lasting trace in any database. When a TIC or a topic expire, it will not be possible to reactivate them again, either by the users or by the administrators of the service. Every user can choose his own nickname to sign the post (TIC). This name is not registered and is not bound to any personal data. The nickname is only memorized by the cookies on the browser, and is not bound to any information kept on the server side. Tictalo™! does not exploit any data for commercial purposes. The only monitoring tool is Google Analytics, used to collect Tictalo™! access statistics, as regulated by Google Inc.'s terms.

FORBIDDEN USE AND LIMITATIONS

Even if every TIC has a limited lifespan, it is forbidden to write TICs containing coarse and/or offensive language and/or ideas. Tictalo™! reserves the right to remove such TICs before the deadline. It is forbidden to disclose personal information of other people on the TICs without authorization.
It is forbidden to write TICs containing links to any kind of website for adults.
Commercial use is forbidden: TICs containing links to personal/business pages not related to the topic might be removed.

PRIVACY

Tictalo™! does not record or exploit any user data. The servers and the web page use temporary databases necessary for the TICs. the provacy of every user is guaranteed, as no personal data is ever collected.
Tictalo™! might remove, before the automatic expiration, any TIC reported as an abuse (including TICs with personal data).
